Duncan Clauss, a local Aspen resident and business owner since 2007, is a highly experienced and skilled real estate professional. Born and raised between New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut, Duncan's parents' background in investment banking and real estate sparked his interest in business.
After graduating from University of Colorado Boulder, Duncan's entrepreneurial spirit and adventurous nature led him to Aspen, where he founded Aspen Brewing Company in 2007. Duncan successfully grew this small business throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Having spent time skiing in Vermont, sailing in Nantucket and St. Barths, coupled with his intimate knowledge of Aspen, Duncan has a deep understanding of and appreciation for luxury real estate markets and community development.
